Order Processing & Delivery

Once your product selection and payment are complete, we will dispatch your order within 1–2 working days. Delivery is completed between 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

If the delivery address is incomplete or the pin code is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will notify you and initiate a full refund of the amount collected.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is possible only before the product has been dispatched. Once the order has been handed over to our delivery partner, we are unable to accept any cancellation request.

To request a cancellation before dispatch, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp or at care@particleindia.com.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. However, if there is a genuine issue with the product received, you may raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.

If your return request is approved, you may send the product back to us. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the buyer.

Refund Policy

Once an approved returned product is received at our desk, the refund will be initiated within 2 working days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit to your account.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
